Our People
Our people are utterly crucial—we know that the quality of our services and solutions cannot exceed the skills and capabilities of our team, so we invest heavily to ensure our guys are the best of the best.
We have trained almost all of our existing staff through the City & Guilds apprenticeship route. They learn on the job, as part of our team, but they also study at college on a day release basis for 4 years. The more experienced members of our team guide and mentor them. This ensures they pick up the necessary practical skills and scientific knowledge, but also adopt the company culture—adherence to the highest quality standards, the adoption of a solution-orientated approach and a well developed awareness of the client’s needs. We also instill in all our people the idea that it is not enough to do a technically excellent job—you also have to show respect for others, behave impeccably on site, and always leave everything spotless.
Because of the broad range of services we offer, the calibre of our client and cutting edge nature of the projects we handle, our people have a far greater breadth and depth of capability than the industry average.
